Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
Yes — we use Stripe Checkout to collect your card details, but you are not charged anything during the 3-day trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, the card is never charged.
What happens when my trial ends?
At the end of the 3-day trial, Stripe automatically charges the subscription you selected. You will receive an email reminder before the charge. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page in your account.
What is the difference between Standard and Elite?
Standard gives you full access to the marketplace, load board, vehicle board, smart routes, and dashboard. Elite adds exclusive high-paying loads, AI profit ranking, premium route optimisation, priority load matching, and premium support.
Can I switch between Standard and Elite?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing section of your account via the Stripe Customer Portal. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
Can I change my billing interval?
Yes. You can switch between monthly, quarterly and semi-annual billing from the Stripe Customer Portal. Changes take effect at the next renewal date.
What is included in Elite Loads?
Elite Loads are the highest-paying, premium freight postings on the platform — loads with above-market rates, time-sensitive shipments, and premium cargo. They are visible only to Elite subscribers, so there is less competition and higher earning potential.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT is applied at the rate applicable in your country of registration. EU B2B customers with a valid VAT number can use the reverse-charge mechanism.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA Direct Debit for EU businesses. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you keep full access until the current period ends. No further charges are made after cancellation.
Do you offer enterprise or fleet pricing?
Yes. Volume discounts are available for fleets with 10+ vehicles or brokers posting 50+ loads per month. Contact sales@gigfreight.com.
