Go to the Register page and fill in your name, email, role (carrier / dispatcher / broker), and password. Confirm your email address to activate your account. You will automatically start a 3-day free trial on the Standard plan.
Carriers and dispatchers search for loads and apply to them. Brokers post loads and manage applications from carriers. Your role determines which dashboard features are available to you.
Go to Company in the navigation. Add your company name, country, VAT number and fleet details. A complete company profile increases trust with brokers and unlocks the verified badge (for Elite subscribers).
Yes. Email confirmation is required to activate your account and access the platform. Check your inbox for a confirmation link after registration.
Go to Browse Loads. Use the filter panel to narrow down by origin country, destination country, vehicle type, weight, distance and rate. Click any load to see the full details.
Open the load page and click "Express Interest". You can add a short message to the broker. The broker will be notified and can accept or decline your application.
Go to My Jobs (Driver Dashboard). The "Applied" tab shows all loads you have applied for, together with the current status of each application.
"Has Interest" means at least one carrier has expressed interest in this load. The broker is reviewing applications. You can still apply if the status is "Has Interest".
Click the bookmark icon on any load card to save it to your Saved list. Access your saved loads from My Jobs → Saved.
Go to New Load from the navigation. Fill in the pickup details, delivery details, vehicle type, rate and weight. New loads are saved as a Draft. Publish them from My Loads when you are ready.
Loads are saved as Drafts by default so you can review them before publishing. Go to My Loads → Drafts, then click Publish to make the load visible on the board.
From My Loads, click the applicant count next to a load to open the Interested Drivers panel. You can view each driver's profile, accept or decline their application.
From My Loads, click the Duplicate button on any load. A copy is created as a Draft with all the same details. Edit and publish it when ready.
Yes. From My Loads, click the Cancel button on the load. Cancellation is available at any status except Delivered. Interested drivers will not be automatically notified — you should contact them directly.
Your 3-day trial starts when you complete checkout, and the platform header shows how long is left. When it ends, Stripe charges the plan you chose. Broker contact details unlock once that first payment has been made.
Go to Billing in your account settings. Select the Elite plan (from €129/month) and complete payment through Stripe Checkout. Elite features are activated immediately.
Email partners@gigfreight.com to request cancellation. We cancel it for you, and your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period — it simply does not renew after that.
Yes. Open “Billing and plan” in your account and choose “Update payment method”: the Stripe billing portal opens, where you can download invoices and update your card. Cancellation is by email (see above), not in the portal.
Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing. You can also try a different browser. If the issue persists, email partners@gigfreight.com with the page address and what you see.
Check your spam folder; the email comes from our sign-in service, not from a personal address. On the login page, click "Resend confirmation email" to request a new one.
On the login page, click "Forgot password". Enter your email address and we will send you a reset link. The link expires after 60 minutes.
Members with an active subscription can generate API keys from the API Keys section. Use the Bearer token in the Authorization header. Full documentation is at /api/v1/docs.
