FAQ
No — Smart Routes is an additional layer on top of the Load Board. It uses the same pool of loads but intelligently groups them into efficient multi-stop trips. You can always book individual loads manually through the Load Board.
At launch we plan to support full truck loads (FTL) and groupage/LTL configurations for curtainsiders, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, and box vans. Container transport and ADR loads will follow in a later release.
We plan to cover the core EU freight lanes (Germany, Poland, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Austria, Spain, Italy) plus the UK from day one. Additional countries will be added based on load volume.
Smart Routes will be included in the Elite subscription tier at no additional cost. Standard plan users will have access to single-route suggestions but not full multi-stop optimisation.
