From booking to delivery

Confirm & deliver

Once accepted, the load moves to Booked status. The carrier collects the freight and delivers it. Both parties mark the load complete when done.

  • Load status updates to Booked → In Transit → Delivered
  • Broker tracks delivery progress from the dashboard
  • Carrier confirms completion to update their history
  • Both parties build their rating over time
