Built for one-truck operations
- Search by origin state and city, destination, pickup date and equipment (dry van, reefer, flatbed and more).
- Compare loads by posted rate and rate per mile.
- Plan backhauls by searching from your delivery state to cut deadhead miles.
- Post your truck on the vehicle board so brokers can find your capacity.
State load boards
Local, regional and dedicated freight
GigFreight lists individual loads that brokers and shippers post, so local, regional and long-haul freight all sit on the same board. To stay on local or regional runs, choose your origin state, add a destination state close to home, and set a short distance range so only short lanes show.
Dedicated freight — the same lane for the same customer week after week — is not sold on GigFreight. It usually grows out of loads you haul well for a broker or shipper, and the board is where that first load can come from.
Loads near me: search from your origin
What you find depends on the loads brokers and shippers have posted for that area and date. If nothing fits, widen the search to neighboring states, or post your truck on the USA truck board so brokers can find you.
- Choose your state as the origin state, then type your town into “Origin city”.
- Set “Pickup Date” to the days your truck is free.
- Add your equipment type so only loads your truck can haul appear.
- Sort by rate per mile, and add the deadhead to each pickup before you compare.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own authority to use GigFreight?
GigFreight is a load board, not a carrier or broker, so it does not issue or lease operating authority. Brokers posting loads decide which carriers they book; most will ask for your MC/DOT number and insurance.
Can US accounts see European loads?
No. The US is a separate market: US accounts see US freight only.
Are broker phone numbers included in the trial period?
Broker and shipper contact details on a load are shown only to members with a fully paid, active subscription. A trial gives access to the platform but not to load contact details.
