How do I start posting loads on GigFreight UK?
Create a company account and upload your company documents; our team reviews them. Posting loads is open to paid subscribers and to users in a valid trial. You can browse loads without an account.
Are hauliers on the platform verified?
Not automatically. Any company can register and browse the board. Hauliers can upload their certificate of incorporation, VAT certificate if registered, insurance and operator's licence for our team to review; companies we verify show a “Verified by GigFreight” badge on their company profile. Verification is required to post loads, not to register or browse.
What vehicle types can I find loads for?
We support all UK vehicle types: transit vans, Luton vans, 7.5-tonne rigids, 18-tonne rigids, artic trailers, flatbeds, curtainsiders, temperature-controlled vehicles, and specialist equipment.
How do I find a load for my return journey?
Search the board by collection and delivery area, date and vehicle type. Load details are visible to everyone; contact details are shown on a paid plan, so you deal with the poster directly.
Does GigFreight UK cover Northern Ireland?
Yes. The UK board takes loads in all four nations: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
What does it cost to use the platform?
