Frequently asked questions
Can I post loads for free?
No. Posting loads is restricted to active paid subscribers and valid trials: the load is posted from a broker account — shippers and forwarders use the same account type — of a verified company, and is published in that account’s own markets.
Can I post a load during the trial?
Yes, during a valid 3-day trial, from a broker account of a verified company.
Can I post loads through an API?
Yes. Broker companies on the Elite plan can post, update and cancel their loads through the company loads API; members can also read marketplace loads into their own systems.
